3. Payment & Pricing

Payments for services and products are accepted through approved payment providers, which may include regulated third-party payment processors and licensed financial platforms.

VAT Information:

• Prices listed on our Website or via direct quotation will indicate VAT status:

  • Some services (e.g., subscriptions like SentinelALGO) are VAT inclusive.

  • Other services (e.g., consulting, audits, custom solutions) may be VAT exclusive and subject to VAT at checkout.

• VAT application is based on the customer’s jurisdiction and follows Estonian and EU VAT regulations.

• All payment receipts and invoices are accounted for through licensed Estonian accounting service providers in compliance with applicable laws.

 

4. Delivery of Services

Digital services (including workshops, audits, and software access) are delivered electronically within stated timeframes. Bookings for consulting are confirmed via email.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary materials, research content, and software tools are owned by Aphexion Technologies OÜ. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without prior authorization is prohibited.

 

6. Liability

We provide all services and products “as is” with no additional guarantees, except where legally required. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Estonian law, with any disputes resolved under the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.

 

📄 Refund Policy

1. Consulting & Professional Services

Consulting services, workshops, and digital advisory products are non-refundable once delivered.

Cancellation Policy:

• Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

• No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service.

 

2. Software & Digital Tools

• Digital tools, including subscription products (e.g., SentinelALGO), can be refunded within 7 days if a technical issue is confirmed and unresolved within 7 business days.

• Ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with access valid until the end of the billing period.

 

3. Payment Conditions

Payments are accepted via approved payment processors. Accepted payment options may vary based on the service type and user location.

VAT Clarification:

• Some products/services are sold with VAT included, others will have VAT added during checkout.

• VAT application and invoicing are managed via licensed Estonian accounting providers, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Missed appointments without proper notice

• Services that have been fully rendered or accessed

 

5. Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days after confirmation of eligibility.
